This notice explains information MinistryMe may receive through this website and in connection with inquiries about its virtual ministry address, mail-receipt, and mail-forwarding services. Additional service-specific disclosures may be provided during enrollment.
Information You Choose to Provide
When you contact or apply to MinistryMe, we may receive your name, contact information, ministry or organization information, authorized recipient information, forwarding address, messages, and other details you choose to provide. If you enroll, MinistryMe may also process identity-verification information, postal authorization records, account and billing records, mail metadata, forwarding instructions, and customer-support communications.
Mail and Service Records
To provide virtual-office services, MinistryMe may create records showing when an eligible mail item was received, which account or authorized recipient it belongs to, its handling or forwarding status, related postage or service charges, and operational audit information. Service agreements and later portal notices may provide more detail about document images, retention, forwarding, and physical mail handling.
StartCHURCH Referrals and Fulfillment
Ministry formation and filing fulfillment are provided separately by StartCHURCH. When you ask MinistryMe to make an introduction, request partner-supported formation service, or otherwise authorize the referral, MinistryMe may share the contact and ministry information reasonably necessary to facilitate that connection. StartCHURCH processes information under its own agreements and privacy practices.
Technical and Hosting Information
Our hosting and security providers may process routine technical data needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request timing, and error or security logs. MinistryMe does not currently represent that it sells personal information or uses this website for third-party behavioral advertising.
Other Sharing
Information may be processed by service providers that help host, secure, bill for, communicate about, or operate MinistryMe. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, postal requirements, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect rights, property, and safety. Email should not be used to send highly sensitive documents unless MinistryMe expressly provides an approved secure method.
Retention and Choices
We retain communications, compliance records, mail records, and business records for as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, postal and legal obligations, dispute prevention, fraud controls, and legitimate business operations. You may ask a privacy question or request an update to information you previously sent by emailing hello@ministryme.org.
Ministry Business Credit
Ministry Business Credit is described only as a potential future add-on. MinistryMe does not currently collect information through this website for an active business-credit program. This notice will be updated before any such service launches.
